ARTIFACT:

This is a United States Naval Academy cadet belt from around 1900. The belt is in dark brown leather and the buckle shows the USNA insignia surrounded by a lovely wreath of oak leaves with acorn and scroll details on either side.
VINTAGE:Circa 1900.
SIZE:Approximately 37" in length (including buckle).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Leather belt with gold-plated brass buckle and hardware.
ATTACHMENT:Buckle.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEJX03 LAAEX8/10 SHF/BEX12/13
CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): Belt has creases and spots of moderate wear but buckle has very light wear and just a bit of tarnish.
