VINTAGE:Circa 1900.
SIZE:Approximately 9-3/8" length and 7/8" diameter (handle).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wood, steel.
MARKINGS:Very hard to read COMPLIMENTS OF PORTSMOUTH ICE & COAL CO (mat be more words beneath).
