This is a circa 1890s - early 1900s cap badge from MKO Shipping Lines. The badge is a handsome pin fashioned from the a ship's wheel, an anchor and a brightly-colored flag reading MKO set against an elegantly bordered oval.
VINTAGE:Circa 1890s - early 1900s.
SIZE:2-1/4" height and 1-3/4" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel details on wool with bullion piping and twill backing.
ATTACHMENT:Bendable brass clips (one is missing).

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): This badge is very beautiful with minimal wear and a light tarnish but one of the clips has broken off.
