This is a Chinese-made CBI-theatre patch with an interesting "pinwheel" Chinese sun, along with a five-pointed star.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:3-1/4" height and 2-1/2" width .
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool embroidered with silk/tinsel threads, paper, silk, cotton mesh backing.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. TRAX10 LDEX9/10 SDJX9/15
CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): Patch has one small spot that has been worn through from front to back.
