Ca 1950 Ansett Airways (Australian Airline) Pilot Wing by Stokes

This is a circa 1950 pilot wing by Stokes for Ansett Airways, an Australian airline that later merged with Australian National Airways. The wing is enameled in a rich red. It has a crown on top and shows a map of the territories of Australia at its center.

Circa 1950.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 3" in width.

Gilt brass, enamel.

Two loops with pins.
