ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1900s UCV (United Confederate Veterans) reunion ribbon from the John F. Hill Camp in Clarksville, Arkansas. Formed in 1889, the UCV was the Confederate answer to the Union's Grand Army of the Republic. The plain red ribbon has the printing running vertically instead of horizontally.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900s.

SIZE: Approximately 6-1/4" in height and 2-3/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silk.
