Description
This is a rare 1918 28th reunion celluloid for the United Confederate Veterans (UCV), the Confederate answer to the Union's Grand Army of the Republic formed in 188The reunion that year was held at Tulsa, Oklahoma. This celluloid came to us along with some other items from the 1918 reunion, all from the same unnamed veteran (sold separately: please see link at bottom of page for more information).
VINTAGE:Circa 1918.
SIZE:Approximately 5-1/8" in height and 1-1/2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Celluloid-wrapped tin, silk, paper backing.
ATTACHMENT:Straight pin.
MARKINGS:MANUFACTURED BY ST. LOUIS BUTTON CO.

CONDITION:6 (Fine+): The celluloid has only some light wear but the ribbon is stained and one section is very delicate (it is hanging on by a thread).
