ARTIFACT: This is an unidentified hat badge showing the Holy Crown of Hungary and coat of arms. The badge reads SZ.M.W.A.A.R.E.S.G.K.E.M.P.S.F.(?).: the SZ may stand for the coronation city of SzŽkesfehŽrv‡r.

VINTAGE: Circa unknown.

SIZE: Approximately 1-7/8" in height and 2-11/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Three bendable posts.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an unidentified collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until identified. LX11/10

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): Pin shows some areas of medium tarnishing and small spots of oxidation.
