BEING RESEARCHED - Unidentified "MPCC" Eagle Badge -NOT FOR SALE UNTIL IDENTIFIED

This is an unidentified eagle-shaped badge. At the center of the badge is a black enameled circle divided into quadrants, almost like a rifle sight, reading MPCC.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 2-7/16" in width.

Plated brass and enamel.

Horizontal T-style pin with "C" catch.
