This is an unidentified sterling badge by Haltoms that reads OPERATION SEAWALL NIXONS and shows a quail taking off for flight.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 1-1/4" height and 1-1/4" in width.

Sterling silver.

Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch and small hole at top.
