This is an unidentified badge reading MEMBER LBA. Because the badge shows a pair of hands shaking in front of an anchor, it may be for a boatbuilding association.

Approximately 1-7/16" height and 1-3/8" in width.

Silver plated.

Horizontal pin with C catch.
