Description
This is an unidentified triangular badge in black, white and blue enamel. The badge may possibly commemorate the World War II air attacks on Phorzheim, Germany that decimated the town's population. The badge reads WALLBERG and shows an angry lightning bolt with an arrow tip at center. The bolt seems to have been red at one time.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/16" in height and 1-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety-style pin with saddle.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): Badge has light to medium wear, especially on lightning bolt, with areas moderate tarnishing on reverse.
