Description
This is an unidentified lapel wing bearing the letters NAF and the United States national aircraft insignia (a red disk within a five-pointed white star on a circular blue field). This wing could possibly be for the Naval Aircraft Factory, Navy Yard, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:Approximately 3/8" in height and 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-filled with enameled details.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:GOLD FILLED.
