BEING RESEARCHED 1930s Sterling WIP AC Lapel Wing Radio-Related? NOT FOR SALE TIL IDed

This is an unidentified lapel wing in sterling silver that reads WIP AC on a shield at the wing's center. WIP was an early Philadelphia radio station, so the pin could be for a WIP Aviation Club or the like.

Circa 1930s.

Approximately 3/8" in height and 1" in width.

Sterling silver.

Single screw post with sleeved disc backing.

This is from an accumulation of unidentified items which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. LX7/12
