ARTIFACT: This is an intriguing and unidentified lapel pin from Denver, Colorado for an organization with the abbreviation A.A.G.B.A., possibly a benevolent association. The pin is a bright blue enameled Knight's cross with the Seal of the State of Colorado at its center. The group was founded in October 1897.

VINTAGE: Circa 1897.

SIZE: Approximately 15/16" in height and 15/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical T-style pin with C catch upon a round base.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an accumulation of unidentified items which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. VAJX13 LX12/13

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge has only some very light abrasions to the enamel.
