This is an unidentified lapel wing, most likely for an aviation company. The wing has a small red, white and blue enameled crest at its center that reads A. I. USA.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I - 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1/4" in height and 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The wing shows only some light wear to the enamel and minor tarnishing.
