ARTIFACT:

This is a beautiful World War II United States Army Air Forces bombardier wing in sterling silver by Gemsco.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

About 3-1/8" in width by 7/8" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with a "come-under" locking catch.

MARKINGS:

GEMSCO STERLING.

ITEM NOTES:

CONDITION:

8 (Excellent-): The wing shows only light wear with a heavy tarnish on reverse only.
