Description
This is an early World War I example of German "trench jewelry", a bracelet made from the band of a Russian artillery shell fired at Bzura, Poland in 191The bracelet has an inscription describing its origin and a Knight's Cross and oak leaves on the front.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War I.
SIZE:7/16" high and 2-11/16" wide and 2-1/4" deep.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated copper with silver-plated copper decoration.
ATTACHMENT:Bracelet clasp with chain.
