ARTIFACT: This is a Beautiful, "Salty", & Extremely Rare US Air Service Balloon Pilot Aeronaut Wing in Pinback Bullion.

VINTAGE: World War I.

SIZE: Approximately: 1" in height x 3-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bullion embroidery on Wool.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an Air Force Wing collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-VAHJJK02/14-RLB-24 LFGIEX04/20/24 TRD-SOS/02/22/25

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The wing shows minor wear, and the thread is loose on both side of edge needs to be sewn. Overall, it is in excellent condition.
