Beautiful & Rare Post-1943 Italian Air Force Pilot Wing in Bullion Removed from Uniform

This is a beautiful and rare post-1943 Italian Air Force pilot wing in bullion. The wing was removed from a uniform, and shows a golden eagle perched upon a fasces.

Circa post 1943 (World War II).

Approximately 15/16" in height and 3-1/2" in width.

Wool felt embroidered in silk and bullion thread, mesh backing.
