This is a Beautiful Mid-1950's United State Air Forcce Flight Nurse Wing in Sterling by Meyer in the WWII Pattern.

Circa Mid-1950's.

Approximately 2" x 10/16"

Sterling silver, enamel.

Two posts with clutch-backs.
