Beautiful, Issue, Named, later 1920's French Army pilot badge #2454The badge is named to Henri Paupardin, we have found reference to the pilot having been in China by the 1930's, badge was actually given to a 14th Air Force Fighter by Paupardin early in WWII. Rare, low number, Issue badge even rarer with a name! The badge shows a gilt wing and star decorating a wreath of laurels. It is numbered "24545" and reads: "PAUPARDIN HENRI" on reverse.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The badge shows minor to moderate wear, pin is missing, much of the gilt plated details remain intact, overall handsome patina.
