Beautiful Enameled Badge Ca. 1919 for the Philadelphia Society of Christian Women (?)

Beautiful, unidentified enameled badge circa 1919 for the Philadelphia Society of Christian Women (?) or the like. The oval badge shows a Cross in the center in blue detail with the letters: "PS" "CW" on either side. The reverse shows the date: "MAY 6, 1919" and a maker mark that reads: "J.K. DAVISON PHILA."
