Beautiful Enameled Sterling WWII Canadian Women's Voluntary Services (WVS) Badge

This is a World War II badge for the Canadian Women's Voluntary Services (WVS). The WVS was a civilian group that coordinated medical humanitarian aid and other activities during the war. The badge is in sterling silver and is beautifully enameled, and appropriately festooned with maple leaves.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1" in width.

Sterling silver, enamel.

Horizontal pin with tongue-style C catch.

STERLING, unknown maker mark.
