Beautiful Early 1900's Decorative Delft Blue Plate by Rosenthal Co. in Germany

Early 1900's decorative plate by Rosenthal Co. in Germany. The center depicts a tall building and two ships in port with two women walking together in the foreground in delft blue. The outer edge is nicely embellished with a raised border and the bottom shows painted maker's marks that read: "VERSAILLES 18 RC", "RC DELFT GERMANY".
