Beautiful Circa 1947-1950 French 8th Rifle Regiment in Tunisia Badge

This is a beautiful old French badge for the 8th Rifle Regiment in Tunisia circa 1947-50. The badge is nicely detailed with a fierce leopard.

Circa 1947-1950.

About 1-1/4" in diameter.

Silver with gold plated brass with black paint details.

Horizontal pin with a "C" catch.

4+ (Very Good): Looks better at first glance, but badge seems to have been slightly crushed at one point, even though ti si still quite presentable, so I have graded it as such. Minor wear and moderate tarnishing and the "C" catch is slightly bent but still usable.

As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
