This is a beautiful CBI-made World War II 803rd Military Aero Medical Evacuation Squadron Patch Named to Flight Nurse L.L. Miller.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:About 5-1/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Bullion and cotton/poly/silk embroidery thread on silk.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
