ARTIFACT:

This is a Beautiful 1930's San Mateo County California (Possibly Chief) Deputy Sheriff Badge in Gilt Brass by Irvine & Jachens. This badge has the Earlier International Jewelry Workers Union IJWU No 64 Stamp, not the Later no 70 Stamp. 


VINTAGE:

1930s.

SIZE:

Approximately 2" in height x 2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt Brass with hard-fired blue enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick type pin with forked locking catch.
