This is a beautiful 1920s-1930s Latvian Army officer's badge for the Courland Artillery Regiment. The badge is two cannon behind a wonderfully enameled cross reading KAP 1919 with a logo at its center showing an L and three stars.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s-World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-9/16" square.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw posts with convex disc backing.
MARKINGS:H.W. GLASFNAPP on backing.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge shows some light abrasions and tarnish only.
