This is an Asian-made 1970's patch for the United States Navy Communications Station at Southeast Asia Tactical Information Communications Center (SEATICC), Guam. It is embroidered on cotton.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970's.
SIZE:Approximately 5-1/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, plastic coated backing.
