This is a 409th Bomb Squadron 93rd Bomb Group, 8th Air Force UK-made patch.

VINTAGE:

Circa WWII.

SIZE:

About 3-7/8" in width by 4" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Cotton embroidery thread on wool felt.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn onto garment.

None.

CONDITION:

6+ (Fine-Very Fine): Minor wear to thread; moderate wear to felt, mostly around the edges with a ½ inch tear at the bottom.
