This is a Beautiful, UK-made 703rd BS, 445th BG, 8th AF Squadron Patch. The patch depicts a bomb soaring through the air wearing boxing gloves and was designed for the B-24 Liberators, the squadron that Col. Jimmy Stewart flew with.
Approximately 5" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Embroidered wool, silk, cotton/silk threads.
To be sewn onto garment.
