ARTIFACT:
This is a hardcover copy of "Patch Guide: U.S. Navy Ships and Submarines" by Michael L. Roberts, a retired US Navy Chief Aviation Machinist' s Mate. It has several full pages of color photographs of patches from all kinds of USN vessels, from destroyer tenders to large harbor tugs. The book was published in 1992 by Turner Publishing Company of Paducah, Kentucky. The book is in excellent condition and still has that crackly sound when you open it.
