ARTIFACT: This is a 1983/1984 Bell Telephone Breakup Green Glass Paperweight. A very nice green glass, shaped like a bell, paperweight commemorating the 1983 breakup of the Bell Telephone System; close to the base with raised letters reads "The Breakup of the Bell System, Dec 31 1983, The Ending of an Era"; the side of the bell has initials of the different companies involved, each divided by a lightning symbol; bell is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or cloudiness. 

VINTAGE: 1983/1984.

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/4" in height x 3-5/16" in diameter on the bottom.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Green Glass.
