1980's USS New York City (SSN-696) Submarine Patch

This is a 1980's submarine patch for the USS New York City (SSN-696). The New York City was launched at Groton, Connecticut in 1977 and was commissioned in 197She was decommissioned in 199The patch shows the Statue of Liberty at its center.

Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, waxy backing.
