This is a 1980's submarine patch for the USS City of Corpus Christi (SSN-705). The City was launched at Groton, Connecticut on April 25, 1981, and is still in service. The patch reads FOR GOD AND COUNTRY, the ship's motto.
VINTAGE:Circa 1980's.
SIZE:Approximately 5-1/16" in height and 3-7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads.
