ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1980s patch for the United States Navy USS Portsmouth SSN-707. The Portsmouth was launched on September 18, 1982 at Groton, Connecticut. She was decommissioned on September 10, 2004.

VINTAGE: Circa 1980s.

SIZE: Approximately 4" in height and 3-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay RGV05 LBJX7/12

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The patch has only some light wear.
