ARTIFACT: This is a history of the United States Navy Attack Squadron 192 (VA-192) from April 1965 - January 1966. With roots in the 19th Fighter-Bomber- Squadron of World War II, the squadron became Attack Squadron 19 (aka the "Golden Dragons") in 1956. The short booklet covers the squadron's time aboard the US Bon Homme Richard CVA-31, and also contains a brief history and a carrier and cruise date list, along with large black-and-white photographs. A separate, earlier stapled memorandum is included with the day-by-day log of the 1964 WestPac cruise of the "Golden Dragons".

VINTAGE: Published 1966.

SIZE: 17 single-sided mimeographed pages; approximately 8" in height and 10-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Oaktag cover, paper.

ATTACHMENT: Metal binder clip.

MARKINGS: None.
