This is a 1960s United States Army 12th Cavalry Regiment DI. The DI is a bright yellow crest bearing a fantastic cactus and ready SEMPER PARATUS (always ready).
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:S-21 MADE IN U.S.A.
