ARTIFACT:

This is a 1960s United States Army 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment DI. The DI is a crest topped by a horse head with a cactus symbolizing service in Mexico. The DI reads ALLONS (let us go).

VINTAGE:

Circa 1960s.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-1/4" in height 3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Two posts.

MARKINGS:

P23 MADE IN U.S.A.
