This is a 1960's Southern Airways baseball cap patch. Southern was responsible for training United States Army helicopter pilots during Vietnam. The patch is black and gold and shows a white plane flying in just under the large cursive S at the beginning of "Southern".
VINTAGE:Circa 1960's.
SIZE:Approximately 2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto a cap.
