ARTIFACT:
1960's – 1970's Philadelphia police Lieutenant badge in sterling silver in excellent condition. The badge features a raised center showing the State Seal in nice relief detail and surrounding it reads: "LIEUTENANT POLICE DEPARTMENT PHILA". The outer ring of the badge features a wreath embellishment and four lovely yellow and blue enameled plates, the one at the bottom center showing the number: "349" in darker blue enamel detail.
