1958 Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, Westboro Nurse graduation gold-filled pin by Dorrety in Boston. The center of the badge features a the State Seal of Massachusetts in nice relief detail. Surrounding are enameled segments of maroon and white and reads: "WESTBORO MASS. DEPT. OF MENTAL HEALTH" within the maroon and "GRADUATE PRACTICAL NURSE" in white. The reverse features the initials "M. E. N. 1958" and a maker's mark which reads: "DORRETY FILLED BOSTON

Circa 1926.

Approximately 1" in height x 1" in width.

Gold filled enamel.

Horizontal pin with drop in locking catch.
