ARTIFACT: This is a submarine jacket patch for the United States Navy's USS Trigger SS-564. The patch is crest-shaped and shows a gun-wielding and cigar-smoking fish wearing a sailor's cap and reads U.S.S. TRIGGER SS-564.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: 4-3/4" height and 3-3/4" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Canvas patch embroidered in multi-colored silk/cotton threads with muslin backing.

ATTACHMENT: N/A.
