ARTIFACT: This is a distinctive insignia for Northeastern University's United States Army ROTC program. The DI is a black and red enameled crest with the school's insignia at the center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/16" in height 15/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK and maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LABX6/11

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The DI has some very light wear and tarnish only.
