Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a Chevrolet mechanic patch embroidered in yellow and white threads on blue twill. The patch boasts SUPER SERVICE and features the Chevrolet "bowtie", which was legendarily copied in 1908 from wallpaper in a French hotel.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1950's.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-11/16" in height and 3-5/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads with mesh backing.

ITEM NOTES:
