ARTIFACT: This is a 1944 copy of the United States Army Technical Manual TM 30-306 entitled "German: A Guide to the Spoken Language". It covers many useful German words and phrases and has some black-and-white cartoon illustrations to accompany the instructional text.

VINTAGE: Published 1944.

SIZE: 67 pages; approximately 5-1/4" in height and 4-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Oaktag cover; paper.

ATTACHMENT: Stapled binding.

MARKINGS: JP Wood (?) written on title page; U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE: 1944 O-574,622.

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The book has some areas of moderate wear to the cover only and has some handwriting on the title page.
