This is a Boy Scout of America (BSA) ten year award program troop flag pole plaque. The plaque is slightly curved to fit the pole and its background is painted orange.
VINTAGE:Circa 1942.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 1-7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, painted areas.
ATTACHMENT:Four holes.
MARKINGS:None.
