This is a 1940's Reading Massachusetts Fire Department Badge #37 by S.M. Spencer.
VINTAGE:1940's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/8" in height x 1-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome plated nickel with painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.
MARKINGS:"S.M.SPENCER MFG.CO. 3 CORNHILL BOSTON. MASS"
