1940's Groveland, Massachusetts Fire Department Lieutenant Badge

1940's Groveland, Massachusetts fire department Lieutenant badge in chromed nickel. The center of the badge shows a horn in raised detail and surrounding it reads: "GROVELAND FIRE DEPT." and is topped with an eagle.

Circa 1940's.

Approximately 2-3/8" in height x 1-1/2" in width.

Chromed nickel, black paint.

Vertical pin, catch is missing.

6- (Fine): The badge shows moderate wear, mostly to high points, catch is missing (see photo), much of the chrome plated and black painted details remain intact, overall fine condition.
